Steven Carlson, M.A.
As a certified DynaMetric Professional, Steve Carlson has extensive experience working with powerful quantitative tools to measure individual dynamics, such as leadership and energy styles, behavioral traits, decision-making and communication styles.
As Director of Students at Woodmen Valley Chapel in Colorado Springs, he created the InFuse Leadership Development program for students and led two teams through Europe on leadership-learning adventures. Steve currently consults with executive recruiters to develop job models profiling ideal candidates for open positions.
His education in International Political Economy and particularly his background in Globalization, provide him a context for understanding the dynamics of a global workforce. His international experience includes working for the US Olympic Committee as well as serving as a keynote speaker for the Olympic Council of Ireland and facilitator at the American Society of Training & Development's 2008 annual international conference. He also did work for the British American Security Information Council and The State Center for Political Education in Freiburg, Germany. Steve holds a MA Degree in International Affairs from American University in Washington D.C.

Cherie Carlson, MA
Cherie Carlson has worked with youth and adults as a mentor, advisor, and manager for two decades and has extensive leadership development and training experience.
As an ESL educator Cherie has worked extensively with behavior modification and individualized education plans designed to monitor goals and initiate positive change leading to increased performance for thousands of students.
As an experienced public speaker Cherie has presented to a wide range of audiences. She has trained educators to dramatically increase their skills in motivation and group facilitation to promote change in the lives of their students.
She holds a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from Northeastern Illinois University. For nineteen years she has taught thousands of students from dozens of different countries. Cherie is both a Certified DynaMetric Professional and a trained administrator using the Lominger Leadership Architect Sort Cards, a professional tool for efficiently determining the core values of an organization.
Cori Moschberger, MSW
Cori Moschberger is a recognized expert in specialized training, curriculum development & counseling. She is a highly regarded trainer in the field of health education and has presented extensively across the United States.
She is specialized in the not-for-profit segment and her experience includes grant writing, counseling, mentoring, team building and training. Among her many professional accomplishments, she was awarded grants totaling $1,000,000 annually to develop a comprehensive prevention program for Chicago area schools.
Cori currently serves as Clinic Director and Support Group Coordinator for Caris Pregnancy Clinics located in Chicago, IL. She holds a MA Degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She is licensed by the state and is a member of the National Association of Social Workers.
